Shout out to RTST for putting together a pretty dope Scratch DJ, Battle, and a shout to AMS for doing his thing on the mic!

Skractcher Midwest Invitational II was a pretty sick event, filled with good company, great music, delicious food, well priced drinks, and that good ole’ hip-hop vibe. The event consisted of the top scratch DJ’s in the midwest, throwing down fire for a chance to be this years’ winner. To top it all off, DJ Vekked, a seven (7) time World Champion, showcased his raw talent before the finals!

Congrats to DJ Boi Jeanius for his win, after taking on some tough competitors.

If you have to a chance to visit Kimski in Chicago, don’t hesitate to stop by. Kimski is definitely a hole-in-the-wall type place serving a menu of Korea Polish street food. The venue is quite memorable, and I would recommend their pork belly bowl, and possibly trying some of their ales on draft.
